As a Data Analyst at Datricks, you will leverage data to drive actionable insights that support our business goals. You’ll work not only behind the scenes analysing data, but also directly with customers, helping them understand their business processes and gain value from our product.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize financial data from multiple sources to support business needs.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights and deliver them through aesthetic, organized, and easy-to-use dashboards.
• Design and maintain dashboards and alerts, ensuring they are accurate and meet the needs of end-users.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D and Customer Success teams to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
• Support customers in understanding and interpreting their data, ensuring they extract maximum value from our solution.
• Translate customer needs and feedback into analytical improvements and product insights.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing data processes, keeping up with the latest trends in data analysis and finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).
• At least 5–6 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of working with complex datasets.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Good knowledge of Python (an advantage).
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly learn and understand internal and business processes.
• Previous experience working with external customers, ideally in a hybrid analytical and customer-facing role.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., ClickHouse, Tableau, Power BI).
• High level of English, both verbal and written.
