🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Program Manager

Join us and play a key role in delivering complex technological solutions to international customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading large-scale development projects with foreign customers, from contract signature through execution, delivery, and ongoing support.
• Building and managing detailed work plans.
• Full responsibility for program P&L.
• Acting as the main point of contact with international customers.
• Managing in a matrix environment across R&D, production, quality, procurement, and more.
• Supporting business development and marketing efforts.
• Preparing and writing proposals.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technological projects.
• Hands-on experience in the defense industry.
• Experience working directly with international customers.
• Strong communication skills and high-level English.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Background with naval combat systems – advantage.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary and matrix teams – advantage.
