- Recruiter/HR “on demand”: We provide on-demand, in-house recruitment and HR services; a perfect solution for startups and small companies, or even just maternity leave replacement.

- We offer employees and customers amazing services.

- Training and guidance for recruiting teams in the ATS field (Comeet, Greenhouse, ect..) and on all new sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn helper, Sales navigator, Boolean search, X-ray, Stackoverflow, ChatGPT, etc..)

- A significant portion of our clients are long-term partners or repeat customers.

There are two positions available – one full-time and one part-time.

Hybrid position.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on & strategic tech recruitment experience (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles, ect…)- Must
• Experience in conducting in-depth, behavioral interviews that uncover both technical competencies and cultural alignment - an advantage
• We value candidates who are proactive, take ownership, and can work at a fast pace.
• Is proactive, curious, has great sense of urgency and drive to make matches between people and opportunities- Must
• High level of Hebrew & English — both written and verbal- Must
