About the Position:

Hudson Rock is a revenue-positive, category-leading cybercrime intelligence company that specializes in providing brand protection and data enrichment to 100+ customers including: Rapid7, At-Bay, Panorays, MalwareBytes, Bridewell, Five9, eToro, and others.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join as an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our threat-intelligence data products that help protect employees, partners, customers, and digital assets with unprecedented granularity of threat vectors including Ransomware, Corporate Espionage, Breaches & Account Takeovers.
As an Outbound SDR in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients who could benefit from our solutions. You’ll work closely with the sales team to create and execute strategic outreach efforts, serving as the first point of contact for many of our prospects. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and assess their fit for our products.
- Pipeline Generation: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and positive experience for the prospect.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging, align on strategies, and achieve sales goals, as well as provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and track all prospecting activities in our CRM system, ensuring high-quality data for the team.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor products to refine your pitch and prospecting approach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar SDR role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and driven to exceed targets.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English. An additional language is an advantage.
