About the Role:

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing Unilever’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll bridge global brand guidelines with local market needs, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and performance-driven digital presence

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and real-time marketing principles

Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance tracking across platforms

Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand content

Lead influencer partnerships and social-first campaigns to boost engagement and reach

Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation

Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization

Ensure alignment with global digital guidelines while adapting to local cultural nuances

Support crisis communication and reputation management when needed

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media

Proven track record in managing social channels and content calendars

Experience working with influencers and digital agencies

High proficiency in English; Hebrew is a plus

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital trends

Experience in global or regional marketing environments – an advantage

Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in FMCG or consumer brands

Familiarity with paid media strategies and performance marketing

Understanding of Gen Z and Millennial digital behavior
