Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located in Qevuzat Yavne. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with desktop computers. Daily tasks include diagnosing and repairing computer problems, providing help desk support, and maintaining hardware and software systems including network systems and infastruture. The technician will also offer support for users experiencing technical difficulties and ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Experience in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields such as MCSA, CCNA.
