Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the aviation conversion and upgrade facility at IAI.

The position includes:

• Leading teams to respond to requirements raised by potential customers
• Understanding customer needs and working closely with the upgrade engineering teams
• Defining and developing technological solutions to meet operational needs of clients
• Preparing materials and presentations for international audiences
• Communicating and presenting topics clearly and professionally in English

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Air Force operator or UAV pilot in the Israeli Air Force
• 5 years of experience in the defense industry, involved in marketing and/or projects with foreign clients
• Experience in negotiations with international customers
• Willingness to travel abroad and work non-standard hours
• High level of English proficiency

The Aviation Division is a world leader in converting commercial aircraft into cargo planes, with more than 2.5 million flight hours on our converted aircraft. The facility also upgrades military aircraft, including avionics and structural improvements to extend operational life and enhance mission capabilities, extends the service life of transport aircraft, develops advanced avionics networks, performs special mission aircraft conversions, VIP transport, aerial refueling, and more. The role also involves developing software for embedded and airborne mission computers to enhance operational capabilities for the Israeli Air Force and foreign air forces.
