Sales Manager North America – Defense Industry

A successful, stable and continually rapidly growing defense company is looking for Sales Manager to North America/ US business development , marketing and sales.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced defense sales professional with a proven track record of winning complex programs across global defense markets. You'll own strategic customer relationships, shape market strategy, and drive revenue growth with defense ministries, prime contractors, systems integrators, and OEMs worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Drive global sales strategy and secure major defense contracts across land, air, maritime and unmanned platforms.
• Develop executive-level relationships with Ministries of Defence, military organizations, prime contractors, defense integrators and strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify and convert high-value opportunities into long-term business.
• Lead complex international sales campaigns through the full procurement lifecycle, from opportunity development to contract award.
• Own commercial negotiations and strategic account planning.
• Represent the company at major international defense exhibitions, customer engagements and industry events.

What We’re Looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in international defense sales, business development or strategic account management.
• Proven experience selling to North America markets
• Demonstrated success winning business with defense organizations, Ministries of Defence, prime contractors or defense integrators.
• Strong understanding of global defense procurement, acquisition programs and export compliance.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long decision timelines.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at executive and government level.
• Fluent English with a willingness to travel internationally.
