The Role

We're seeking a talented Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in our recruitment process. This position focuses on identifying, sourcing, and establishing initial contact with potential candidates for open positions within our organization, primarily through digital tools, social networks, professional databases, and various recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Proactive Sourcing: Execute targeted sourcing for diverse roles while understanding the ideal candidate profile

✅ Advanced Search Management: Conduct sophisticated searches (headhunting) on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, CV databases, and more

✅ Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a high-quality, up-to-date candidate database using diverse sourcing channels

✅ Initial Engagement: Make first contact with candidates, present opportunities, and generate initial interest

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements

✅ Market Analysis: Analyze market data and propose creative solutions for recruitment challenges

✅ Employer Branding: Promote employer brand and distribute job postings across digital channels

✅ HR Support: Assist HR Manager with various tasks including employee welfare initiatives

Requirements

🎯 Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment roles - MANDATORY

🎯 Bachelor's degree in relevant field - MANDATORY

🎯 Proficiency in recruitment platforms and professional social networks

🎯 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create quick, authentic initial connections

🎯 Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
