Technical Recruiter

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Tech Recruiter

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent in the tech and creative industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical and creative roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networks, and recruitment tools.
• Conduct phone and video screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at career events and networking opportunities.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, continuously optimizing the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical positions (e.g., software engineers, game developers, designers).
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for gaming and technology – a strong advantage.
