Talent Acquisition Manager – Stealth Cybersecurity Startup

We are an innovative cybersecurity company in Stealth Mode, currently experiencing rapid growth. Our team is composed of top-tier talent from the industry, and we’re looking for a strategic partner to establish and lead our recruitment function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the company’s recruitment efforts as a one-person function – from strategy to execution.
• Build and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and role profiles.
• Drive hands-on, targeted sourcing for top talent in engineering, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and promote the company’s employer brand.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition within fast-growing startups (Scale-up).
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including social media, niche platforms, communities, and networking.
• Demonstrated experience building recruitment processes and infrastructure from scratch.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Nice to have – experience recruiting in cybersecurity or advanced technology domains.
