Manager, Program Management

We are looking for a Manager, Program Management, to lead cross-functional program delivery across our Martech, Personalization, and Mobile domains. This leadership role is based in Haifa and requires a strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, and people leadership. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of senior program managers, managing complex cross-functional projects, and evolving our PMO capabilities to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Directly manage a team of senior program managers across multiple domains.
• Own the team’s work plan, task allocation, prioritization, workload balancing, and performance monitoring.
• Coach and mentor team members—providing professional guidance, personal development, and leadership in program management best practices.
• Build and execute a growth plan to scale PMO capabilities and maintain a high-performing team.
  
  

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation—overseeing planning, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and sensitive stakeholder coordination.
• Drive execution standards and ensure accountability through regular ceremonies, documentation, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop systemic and technological solutions that support evolving business needs.
• Ensure programs stay aligned with business strategy, and adapt delivery as needed to meet evolving priorities.
• Aligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. Alert on any potential risk & work with the relevant stakeholders to prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.
  
  

• Oversee annual capacity and roadmap planning across Martech, Personalization, and Mobile, driving alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Guide quarterly planning and maintain visibility into capacity, velocity, and delivery indicators across domains.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities early, proactively addressing gaps in execution or alignment.
  
  

• Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Product, QE, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership.
• Drive clarity and transparency across stakeholders through consistent communication, reporting, and expectation management.
• Streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and actionable updates on program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  
  

• Champion the evaluation and adoption of advanced project management tools and methodologies.
• Lead initiatives to improve PMO maturity, enhance visibility, and drive continuous improvement across domains.
