Data Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Systems Analyst to join our Data Technologies department within a leading insurance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology units to gather requirements
• Develop detailed technical, business, and Source-to-Target (S2T) documentation
• Guide developers throughout the development lifecycle
• Investigate and analyze large datasets based on business needs
• Design ETL processes, reports, and dashboards
• Write advanced SQL queries and work with BI tools
• Work with AWS cloud technologies
• Participate in project management activities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
• Proven experience creating Source-to-Target documentation
• Strong presentation skills with experience presenting design documents to stakeholders
• High analytical thinking and business acumen
• Systemic view and deep understanding of complex processes
