Data Analyst

Join a newly established Data & AI division that leads organization-wide activities in data strategy, methodologies, advanced analytics, and integrated data solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping data-driven insights and segmentation across diverse products and platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain customer segmentation processes and insights based on a centralized data infrastructure.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable data processes and solutions.
• Define data quality rules and lead ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Write and automate complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 4 years experience with SQL at an advanced level.
• Proven experience in data analysis, development, or engineering roles.
• Experience with PySpark – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Data Lake infrastructure – an advantage.
• Experience with ETL tools or data pipeline orchestration – an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, service-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized and capable of managing tasks independently.
