Information Technology Manager

An innovative, fast-growing technology company leveraging AI is looking for an IT Manager.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the CTO and take ownership of securing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems- including employee endpoint devices and cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, ideal for someone who thrives in a one man show situation and can manage a wide range of IT responsibilities independently, with patience and deep technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support across a distributed workforce
• Excellent English communication skills- spoken and written-are a must.
• Oversee and manage the company’s security infrastructure, including implementation and maintenance
• Work in a Google-based environment (Google Workspace, Google Cloud)
• Manage and support EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools
• Support employees (including those working internationally) who use their own devices
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, internal tools, and applications
• Handle DevOps-related tasks when needed
• Lead implementation of new systems and tools: research solutions, evaluate needs, and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with teams across different time zones
• Minimal involvement in procurement
