Information System Manager

We are looking for a strong Information Systems Manager to take ownership of the organization’s information systems, digital platforms, technology vendors, and cross-functional projects.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands the connection between business needs and technology, can manage multiple domains simultaneously, and takes full ownership from initial requirement through implementation and ongoing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organization’s business systems, including Priority ERP, internal CRM platforms, and additional enterprise applications.
• Manage the group’s websites and e-commerce platforms in collaboration with business owners, development companies, hosting providers, payment providers, and other vendors.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Lead technology projects end to end, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live, user adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Manage external software, development, and infrastructure vendors, including tasks, pricing, SLA, quality, delivery timelines, and hour banks.
• Manage the technology budget and monitor expenses, contracts, licenses, and vendor proposals.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex application and system issues that cannot be resolved by the Help Desk.
• Coordinate technology infrastructure for new sites and business units, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, access control, cameras, and related services.
• Coordinate activities with external CISO and DPO consultants and ensure that relevant requirements are implemented.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in information systems, business applications, or technology project management.
• Proven experience leading technology or information systems projects end to end.
• Significant experience managing software, development, implementation, or infrastructure vendors.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP or a comparable ERP system as an advanced user or system owner.
• Experience working with CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to understand technical systems, investigate issues, and perform initial troubleshooting without being the system developer or implementer.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor proposals, contracts, licenses, or hour banks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, implementers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
