Email Automation Specialist

This role is instrumental in shaping our marketing efforts and optimizing our

engagement strategies

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives

Plan and execute multi-channel communications campaigns

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of diverse email campaigns, from content creation to deployment

Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle

Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and drive better engagement

Familiarity with HTML for creating and updating email templates

Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize future campaigns 

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive and effective email campaigns

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive strategic improvements

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM software

Previous experience working with OneSignal or Brevo is a huge advantage

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Languages: English (must), Arabic (MUST)
