What Are We Looking For? Required

• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with deep understanding of business processes and ability to extract and present insights visually, including DB management and development
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Splunk at an advanced level – including complex queries, reports, and alerts
• 3 years of experience in code development and automation using Python
• Experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs – such as OpenAI's GPT or equivalents
• Experience analyzing mobile/web application traffic in production environments

Advantage

• Experience developing AI-based solutions within a technology organization - advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG implementation – advantage
• Experience with SQL and Elastic – advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, monitoring, and cloud analytics (Datadog, Prometheus) – advantage
• Background in SRE or DevOps - advantage
