Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team

You will be based in Caesarea, Israel

Location

Working at least 3 days a week from the office

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will drive the development and success of our broadband solutions. You will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our products meet market needs while maintaining technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
• Align product roadmap with market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and TTM.
• Work closely with logistics, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product solutions.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and product insights
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes and product performance.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / System Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in Product / Project / Program Management
• Strong technical expertise and system-level understanding
• Strong data analysis skills to drive product decisions.
• Business acumen with a customer-centric approach, and strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Hands-on experience with NPI processes and scaling products from prototype to production.
• Self-motivation, excellent English skills, and the ability to work in a team and independently
• Experience with IP networks, Telecommunications, Fiber optics, or Cable TV – advantage
• Experience working with broadband technologies and infrastructure – advantage
