Information Technology Support Engineer

We are looking for a talented IT support engineer to join us. In this unique position you will: 

Work closely with main IT organization in the US and Europe

Provide Windows/Office support for all team members

Maintain and expand GTI’s audio/video and networking infrastructure, including HW purchasing

Support our Algorithm engineers Ubuntu machines- driver’s, GPU, CUDA, TensorFlow, updates.

Support data collection team and their elaborate data collection setups running HW and Fedora

Support our SW team with their Azure and AWS data pipelines and dev ops. Including scripting, data transport, permissions, repos, and pipeline maintenance.

What are we looking for?

Linux desktop/laptop experience (not servers) – install, updates, drivers, config management

Experience with GPU/CUDA/TensorFlow install and troubleshooting

Experience in supporting Python development environment (venv, conda)

Basic knowledge in Python scripting, GIT and development processes.

Knowledge in AWS and Azure

A good communicator, problem solver and a team player.

Basic knowledge of Azure pipeline and QA and Test Automation
