Head of Validation

We're Hiring: Validation Team Leader | Leading Company | Nahariya Area

An exciting and central role at a leading industrial company operating in a sterile environment!

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Validation Team in a manufacturing facility
• Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Lead Cleaning Validation processes (CIP/SIP)
• Plan and manage projects according to GMP and international regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, Israeli MOH)
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external interfaces
• Investigate deviations, perform risk analyses, and lead continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Chemical / Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Familiarity with Cleaning Validation and CIP/SIP processes
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership or project management experience – a strong advantage
