Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Operations Manager located in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
As a support ops manager, you will handle all aspects of user support operations: handling support tickets, automating support with AI and workflows, analyzing conversations for optimization, documentation, and training future support agents. All to ensure high-quality service delivery.
You will also analyze support data to improve service processes and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Fluent english
- 2+ years in customer support or similar customer-facing role
- Previous experience in the gaming industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with intercom / automation - a plus
