Organizational Learning & Development Manager – Supply Chain Division

Petach Tikva, Israel (with frequent travel across sites nationwide)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead and execute the L&D strategy for our Supply Chain Division.

This role is a key part of the Organizational Development & Learning department, focusing on building capabilities, fostering continuous development, and driving impactful learning experiences across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the divisional learning strategy, based on business needs and capability gaps.
• Develop and implement role-based learning programs (e.g., onboarding, mentorship, leadership development, on-the-job learning, digital learning).
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure relevant, impactful, and measurable learning solutions.
• Collaborate on corporate-wide L&D initiatives and contribute to organizational development projects.
• Manage vendors, budgets, learning tools, and platforms.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex L&D or organizational development programs.
• Deep knowledge of learning methodologies, instructional design, and training processes.
• Experience in group facilitation and/or content development – a strong advantage.
• Strong system-thinking and process-orientation.
• Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work across complex interfaces.
• Passion for people development and strong interpersonal skills.
