About the role:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career analyst with a solid technical foundation and a hunger to work with complex, unstructured datasets.

You’ll collaborate across teams, analyze data quality, help build robust methodologies, and ensure our data pipeline fuels best-in-class insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate large volumes of structured and unstructured data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
• Identify data gaps in web scraping processes and propose structured testing methodologies to improve data reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to streamline data flows and support scalable insight generation.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations through visualizations, documentation, and presentations.
• Prioritize and manage tasks in a high-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Assist in designing and refining prompt engineering workflows for AI-powered insights (a plus).
  
  

• ~2 years of experience in a data-related role, ideally in a technology or data-focused company.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience working with unstructured data and deriving structure from ambiguity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with prompt engineering for AI or LLM-based systems.
• Previous involvement in web scraping workflows, especially in analyzing scraping success, identifying data loss, and improving scraping methodologies.
• Familiarity with data validation techniques and QA processes for data quality assurance.
• Exposure to analytics tools like Python (Pandas), Tableau, or similar.
