Social Media Growth Manager

Reflectiz is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Growth Manager to join our team and take ownership of our organic growth and social media presence. This role will focus on creating engaging video content, leveraging trends, building meaningful relationships with communities and influencers, and driving bottom-up growth for our brand.

• Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Create original, high-quality video content – along with posts and graphics – tailored to our target audience and trending topics
• Identify and capitalize on social media trends to boost organic brand exposure, with a strong emphasis on video content
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and communities, including outreach, collaborations, and ongoing partnerships to drive organic growth
• Lead organic growth initiatives on platforms such as G2, Reddit, Quora, and more
• Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to align growth strategies with business goals

• Has a strong technical background and understanding of digital products, preferably in B2B/SaaS/Tech (This is a must)
• Lives and breathes social media, video content, and community management
• Knows how to create engaging and impactful video content that resonates with audiences
• Is experienced in managing relationships with influencers and building long-term partnerships
• Is familiar with platforms like Reddit, G2, Hacker News, Product Hunt, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Think in terms of growth – how can every piece of content or action lead to measurable growth?
• Is proactive, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience creating video content in B2B/SaaS/Cybersecurity/Tech industries
• Experience with Developer Relations or managing technical communities
• Previous work with B2B influencer marketing and community-driven campaigns
