🎯 What You’ll Be Doing?

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance Google Search and Bing Ads PPC campaigns for iGaming brands.
• Own your full acquisition funnel: from keyword strategy and competitive research to ad copy and landing page optimization.
• Analyze performance using platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel to identify trends and scale growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and business teams to craft sharp, conversion-focused messaging and assets.
• Constantly test, iterate, and push boundaries to find new acquisition opportunities in competitive markets.
• Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring exceptional ROI at all spend levels.

✅ What We’re Looking For?

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns – must-have.
• At least 3 of those years must be within the iGaming industry – must-have.
• Proven success in managing large media budgets with measurable ROI.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with deep familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Highly detail-oriented and performance-obsessed.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
• Bonus: experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), Hebrew – an advantage.
