Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner

We're seeking a talented and driven Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team at PEAK.

This is a part-time, freelance position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screening: Conduct CV reviews, initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future tech roles.
• Insights & Data: Track sourcing activity, analyze funnel metrics, and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate regularly with hiring managers and clients to align on profiles, processes, and timelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting, with proven expertise in using LinkedIn Premium tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and technical recruiting best practices.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
• Based in Israel. Ability to work both in English and Hebrew.
