Role Description
We're looking for a full-time, on-site Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Tel Aviv.
This role requires out-of-the-box thinking and a proactive approach to finding and attracting talent. You will be responsible for identifying new recruitment channels, conducting phone interviews, analyzing recruitment data, and working closely with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Service-oriented mindset and a positive, team-player attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior experience in recruitment or hospitality – an advantage
