A Global company in the field of natural resources engineering is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead!
Location: Hasharon (4th highway villages), Israel
What the role is about:
- Leading the recruitment strategy and managing the E2E recruitment workflow
- Working with senior management and stakeholders overseas
- Analyzing recruitment data, metrics, and reports to support decision-making
- Building and monitoring monthly and annual budge
- Hands-on recruitment
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience, including leading complex hiring processes - a must
- Excellent level of English - a must
- Previous experience in a similar role - an advantage
*Not a management position - willingness to perform hands-on E2E recruitment is a must
