Our CRM division at abra is expanding as part of our growing Microsoft-related activity, and we’re looking for a CRM Systems Analyst to join us in a meaningful and versatile role. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team, work with advanced technologies, and have a direct impact on business and technological processes across a diverse range of clients.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze business needs and define CRM requirements
Write functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
Lead client workshops, training, and UAT sessions
Support full project lifecycle from planning to delivery

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis – preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Experience writing detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, and technical specs
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with integration processes, data modeling, and system architecture – an advantage
