We are looking for a highly driven, hungry, and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic Affiliation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive high-quality traffic and maximize revenue across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and performance growth.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate activity, analyze key metrics (ROI, CR, EPC), and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and profitability.
- Deal Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and manage affiliate deals, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other performance-based models.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure affiliate traffic complies with regulatory and company guidelines, addressing any issues proactively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular performance reports, provide actionable insights, and manage budgets to achieve KPIs.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company, strengthen partnerships, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in iGaming or affiliate marketing, specifically in casino, sportsbook, or sweepstakes verticals.
- Affiliate Partnerships: Proven track record of successfully recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliate relationships.
- Deal Structures Expertise: Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other performance-based compensation models.
- Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and experienced in tracking and analyzing KPIs such as ROI, CR, and EPC.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Languages: Fluent in English & Russian; additional languages is a plus.
- Compliance: Knowledgeable about regulatory frameworks and affiliate traffic compliance.
- Bonus: Pre-existing network of affiliate contacts and experience representing brands at key industry events.
