Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate with excellent English communication skills to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv. This is a full-time role with flexible hours, but availability during US West Coast business hours (at least 3 nights/week) is required.

You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers — guiding users through onboarding, helping them succeed with the platform, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Your job is to make sure they’re not just active, but thriving: resolving blockers, offering guidance, surfacing upsell opportunities, and making sure they get real value over time.

You’ll also collaborate with product, support, and sales to deliver a seamless customer experience and bring insights from the field back into the team.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup
• Support existing accounts with proactive check-ins and performance insights
• Solve customer issues (directly or by coordinating with support/product)
• Build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Spot expansion opportunities and help turn satisfied users into power users
• Share patterns, pain points, and requests with the broader team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication
• Based in Tel Aviv (hybrid work model)
• Available for at least 3 evenings/week during US Pacific Time
• Strong communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly
• Experience in onboarding, account management, or success roles preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
