We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Electronics Design Engineer to join our hardware development team. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong PCB design experience, a solid grasp of high-speed signal challenges, and a keen interest—or background—in signal-integrity analysis.

• Design and develop high-performance, multi-layer PCBs for production-line testers.
• Own the board-level design flow: schematic capture, component selection, layout guidance, and bring-up.
• Leverage simulation tools (e.g., HyperLynx, Ansys SIwave) for signal- and power-integrity analysis.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure proper high-speed routing and stack-up decisions.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools.
• Support prototype builds and transition to manufacturing, including DFM and DFT reviews.

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in board-level hardware development.
• Proficiency with schematic-capture and PCB-design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Mentor).
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital-design principles (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes).
• Proven skill in lab debugging and hardware validation.
• Familiarity with signal-integrity and power-integrity concepts and tools.
• Proficient English—must.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
