Technical Account Manager

A technology company in Rosh HaAyin is seeking a Technical Account Manager with proven experience in technical support and client interface management. The role includes full responsibility for ongoing technical activities with business clients, tracking issues, solving complex problems, and managing the professional relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the technical operations of business clients
• Handling complex requests and troubleshooting technical issues
• Ongoing communication with clients – tracking, updating, coordinating, and managing expectations
• Investigating issues and performing system, network, and cloud-related task
• Managing internal interfaces with professional teams (NOC, DevOps, System)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of technical experience in a support center (Tier 1/2) – mandatory
• Proven experience working with business clients – ongoing communication, issue management, and follow-up
• Good understanding of system and network troubleshooting (AD, DNS, Firewall, Networking)
• Experience working with cloud environments – an advantage
• Very high service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
