The Role

We’re looking for an AI Marketing Automation Lead to design, implement, and optimize an AI-driven growth engine. You’ll own the entire lifecycle: from strategy execution to automating workflows across email, website, paid, social, and product-led loops. If you live at the intersection of growth, tooling, and AI, this is your chance to build the playbook.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize full-funnel marketing automation across CRM, email, website, and product touchpoints
• Implement generative AI workflows (GPT, Claude, etc.) for content creation, personalization, and testing
• Launch and iterate campaign experiments using AI-assisted segmentation and journey logic
• Design prompts and build flows that drive conversion, retention, and product education at scale
• Integrate tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, Segment, Zapier, and LangChain to power end-to-end automation
• Track performance, train models (as needed), and drive a culture of rapid experimentation

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing ops, or lifecycle marketing roles
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Comfort working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, token limits, and embedding-based personalization
• Comfort with low-code/no-code automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n
• A “builder” mindset: you love connecting tools, testing ideas, and showing impact quickly
