Business Analyst

We’re looking to hire a Data Analyst to join the team.

The analyst will be responsible for generating insights to support smarter, data-driven decisions across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end operational cycles
• Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, team workloads, and escalations
• Identify root causes for failures and delays (RCA)
• Surface trends and inefficiencies to support process improvements
• Work closely with operations leaders to turn data into action
  
  

• Proven analytical skills and strong command of Excelת SQL and BI tools
• Ability to work with large data sets and extract clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role – an advantage
