🚀 IT & Integrations Specialist – Full-Time | On-Site | Tel Aviv District

Join our fast-growing, security-focused tech team as an IT & Integrations Specialist!

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional to lead and support a wide range of IT, network, and integration initiatives across projects, office infrastructure, and connected platforms.

As a core part of our IT operations, your responsibilities will span:

• Provide technical support across staging and production environments
• Maintain systems performance (hardware/software/network/security)
• Configure and manage desktops, cloud services, and third-party platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux)
• Perform onsite maintenance and handle live triage support calls
• Implement VPN, firewall rules, remote access (RDP), and overall network security

• Design and maintain IT infrastructure for client and internal projects
• Collaborate with R&D to test and integrate new platforms, IoT devices (CCTV, video intercoms, access control)
• Create and maintain documentation for integrations and network design
• Apply and implement cybersecurity standards in coordination with our Cyber Team

• Administer permissions, users, and IT assets
• Deliver ongoing IT improvements for operations and workflows
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, contribute to team alignment
• Ensure smooth onboarding and support for internal users

• 3+ years in IT support or network administration roles (preferably in a tech/security-driven company)
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Products: Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, Exchange
• Network infrastructure: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, managed switches, routers, WAPs
• Cybersecurity tools (CrowdStrike, Harmony, ManageEngine, Sophos, etc.)
• Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and endpoint management
• Certificates: CCNA & MCSA (Required)
• Great communication, prioritization, and documentation skills

• Scripting in Python or C
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems (alarms, intercoms, CCTV)
• Experience with SaaS Cybersecurity solutions and disaster recovery setups
