Monetization Manager

Realplay is a fast-growing sweepstakes casino committed to providing players with an

engaging and rewarding gaming experience. Our team is passionate about data-driven

decision-making, creative promotions, and player retention strategies. We’re looking for a

Monetization Manager to help optimize our in-game economy and drive revenue growth

while enhancing the player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans that help reach business targets.
• Develop and execute quarterly, monthly, and daily promotions based on user behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with the creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, and product managers in order to execute in-game events & promotions.
• Manage the promotion calendar and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and player preferences to inform monetization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in the gaming industry as Monetization Manager
• A positive, people-oriented mindset with curiosity, independence, and a quick ability to learn.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing player journeys and funnels to improve conversion, LTV, and user engagement
• Experience with planning in-app campaign calendars.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling promotional copy.
• Understanding player behavior in digital entertainment and gaming is a plus.
• Experience with real money gaming is a strong advantage
