Customer Success Manager - VIP

Role Description:

Full responsibility for client success and direct personal interface with high-level strategic

clients. This role involves providing personalized, high-touch service tailored to executive-

level clients. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the

ability to manage a dynamic set of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct relationships with C-level clients.
• Ensure client success, retention, and a high-quality customer experience.
• Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights for service improvement.
• Coordinate and drive internal processes across departments.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector and operational environments – required.
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes – advantage.
• Experience in managing clients and overseeing complex projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Monday.com and AutoCAD – strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
