The Opportunity

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Marketing & Brand Designer to lead the visual expression of Eleos across every touchpoint. You’ll be our go-to creative partner for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and internal communications.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company - from Marketing and HR to Product, Customer Success, and Sales - bring ideas to life and ensure every design reflects our brand’s warmth, clarity, and purpose.

This role reports to the Design Team Lead

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the design of Eleos’ marketing materials: Product collateral and webinar slide decks, E-books, infographics, landing pages, sales decks, social ads, conference swag, and more
• Develop compelling internal and external visual assets that bring our brand to life
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align in-product visuals with brand standards
• Design and refine brand systems, from templates to tool kits
• Help brainstorm fresh concepts and support the creation of new sub-brands or campaigns
• Bring consistency and visual excellence to all communications

What Sets You Up for Success

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or UI design
• Portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and polished execution
• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for both digital and print - a must
• Skilled at creating and communicating design decisions
• Strong visual storyteller who thrives on clarity and cohesion
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent English, both written and spoken

Bonus Points

• ForIllustration or animation skills
• Experience with behavioral health or healthcare design
• Copywriting chops or content seibility
