Job Description:

Shavit Software is seeking an ambitious and business-driven Business Development Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role that combines hands-on tech recruitment, strategic client growth (farming), and new business development (hunting). You'll work cross-functionally with recruitment teams and HR, acting as a critical driver of the company’s commercial success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and actively participate in sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for tech roles to ensure fast and high-quality placements.

Collaborate with recruitment leads to prioritize roles, monitor team performance, and support professional growth across recruitment teams.

Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to increase hiring volume.

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through outreach, sales meetings, and tailored value propositions.

Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report key insights and progress toward commercial goals to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tech recruitment – advantage

Strong business development or client-facing experience – must

Ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills
