Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech positions

A boutique tech company specializing in automotive defense systems (embedded products) – and a trusted business partner of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems – is looking for a hands-on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Petah Tikva (Kiryat Arie).

About the role:

This is a full-time, on-site position (9:00–18:00) where you’ll fully own the hiring process for top tech talent – mainly for Rafael, as well as for Mobile Group itself. You’ll be trusted to run the whole funnel: from proactive sourcing to closing, plus have impact on employer branding, team wellbeing, and internal HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Full-cycle tech recruitment: job ads, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.

- Heavy use of LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing tools.

- Direct collaboration with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.

- Ownership of the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

- Contribute to employer branding and internal communications.

- Support welfare, team events and HR projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years in tech recruitment – must.

- Proven sourcing skills and deep LinkedIn know-how – must.

- Solid grasp of the tech ecosystem and talent trends – must.

- High-level English (written & spoken) – must.

- Strong Office skills.

- Big plus: employer branding experience.

- Super organized, creative, proactive and people-oriented.

- Team player with strong ownership and multitasking skills.
