Core Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in a technical support or customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of internet and TCP/IP fundamentals, including the OSI Model.
- Strong knowledge of routing and traffic flow.
- Deep knowledge of basic network applications flows and services:
- DNS/Secure DNS: structure, types, flow
- DHCP
- SSL/TLS1.2/1.3
- SMTP/POP/Email services
- FTP/TFTP/SFTP
- SDWAN
- Load Balancing
- SDN services
- Proxy/Reverse proxy
- WAF
- NAT
- ZTNA
- API
- Experience troubleshooting DNS, SSL/TLS, WAF, API, Email, ZTNA and network connectivity issues.
- Proficiency with command-line tools such as curl, dig, traceroute, tcpdump, and openssl.
- Familiarity with web servers like Apache, Nginx, and IIS.
- Scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of application structure and web services.
- Experience with cloud services like AKAMAI, Imperva, Aryaka or equivalent
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to provide support across different time zones.
- Language: English - mandatory
- Language: Hebrew - mandatory
- Language: Any additional - advantage
Desirable (Bonus) Qualifications
- CDN and Cloud WAF Product Familiarity: Experience with CDN suite or similar products
- Cloud knowledge: Knowledge of cloud network structure and services like Nat GW, ALB/GLB/NLB, Security profiles/ACL, IAM, Transit GW, API GW.
- Web Development Experience: Background in web development or hosting environments, with knowledge of web technologies and platforms
