The role includes end-user support and involves:

• Joining the support team and working both independently and collaboratively
• Providing technical support in both Windows and Linux environments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or accredited certification in Computer Science, Network Communication, or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical support or customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills in English, both technical and empathetic, able to handle complex directions by phone
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to self-manage and learn independently
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, including remote work
• Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-tasking, and high-pressure situations, including de-escalation
