Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization – including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and collaboration with different hiring managers.
• Sourcing high-quality candidates through social networks, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conducting in-depth, face-to-face interviews for a variety of roles.
• Working closely with managers and various departments within the organization.
• Building relationships with potential candidates and maintaining candidate databases.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment within an organization.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Strong interview skills, with the ability to identify talent and perform thorough candidate assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, service-oriented approach, and ability to interact with diverse candidates.
• Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking.
