R&D Researcher

We are looking for an experienced researcher who is creative, autodidact, diligent and open-minded, to join our research and development (R&D) teams.

H2Pro develops chemical/electrochemical hybrid systems to demonstrate our novel hydrogen generation technology. You will be required to research independently related subjects regarding our electrodes, both our unique Nickel hydroxide and bi functional electrodes. The research includes literature review, planning and executing the experiments, performing the data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Alongside taking part in advanced electrochemical, microstructural, and chemical characterization methods.

• Conduct independent, high-quality research.
• Perform thorough literature reviews and engage in self-learning.
• Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Conduct advanced electrochemical, microstructural, and chemical characterizations
  
  

• Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemistry, or Electrochemistry – required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in materials characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, TEM, XPS, etc.
• Strong advantage: Experience in electrochemistry (batteries, electrolyzes, flow cells, or fuel cells).
• Strong advantage: Knowledge in electrochemical characterization techniques
• Advantage: Research experience with nickel hydroxide.
• Advantage: Background in catalysis.
• Strong ability to conduct in-depth literature reviews and scientific research.
• Expertise in designing and executing experiments.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting results and drawing conclusions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
