About the Role:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple databases and systems to prepare comprehensive ad-hoc reports for finance, compliance, and auditing teams covering various business aspects.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline recurring analysis and improve data accuracy across departments.

Financial Operations & Process Management:

• Monitor, reconcile, and approve invoices across the entire group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix anomalies.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or related analytical roles preferred.
• Experience with database management and data warehousing concepts is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) - required.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such Power BI - highly preferred.
• Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction - preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) - required.
• Hebrew language is not required.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, international business environment.
