Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate with excellent English communication skills to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv.

You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers — guiding users through onboarding, helping them succeed with the platform, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Your goal is to make sure they’re not just using the platform, but really thriving. That means removing roadblocks, giving smart advice, spotting growth opportunities, and making sure they see real value every step of the way.

You’ll also collaborate with product, support, and sales to deliver a seamless customer experience and bring insights from the field back into the team.

This is a full-time role with flexible hours, but availability during US West Coast business hours (at least 3 nights/week) is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Support existing accounts with proactive check-ins and performance insights
• Support the sale process by onboarding new customers and guide them through initial setup
• Solve customer issues (directly or by coordinating with support/dev)
• Build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Spot expansion opportunities and help turn satisfied users into power users
• Share patterns, pain points, and requests with the broader team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication, native speaker is a bonus
• Based in Tel Aviv (hybrid work model)
• Available for at least 3 evenings/week during US Pacific Time
• Experience in onboarding, account management, or success roles preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
