Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Program Manager to join our growing team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the planning and coordination of strategic customer programs, working closely with enterprise clients and internal teams including Product, R&D, Data, Project Management, and Account Management. You will be responsible for translating product scope and customer needs into structured execution plans, ensuring alignment, visibility, and readiness across the organization.
This is a customer-facing, cross-functional role that combines program ownership with long-term engagement with strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional planning for strategic customer programs, based on defined product scope and client needs.
- Translate product definitions and customer input into cohesive execution plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and responsibilities.
- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with enterprise customers to align on goals, clarify requirements, and ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Align internal stakeholders (Product, Data, R&D, Project) around shared objectives and clear delivery expectations.
- Identify risks, resource needs, and sequencing constraints; collaborate with project managers to validate timelines and implementation feasibility.
- Keep documentation up to date using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and shared planning systems.
- Serve as an operational partner to product and account teams, helping ensure readiness for delivery and internal alignment.
You’ll be a great fit if you have...
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or operations within a tech or product-led company.
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers in a program or planning capacity, with direct customer-facing responsibility.
- Proven ability to translate product and customer needs into actionable, cross-functional plans.
- Comfortable collaborating across Product, R&D, Data, Delivery, and Account teams.
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, or AI/ML-based systems is a plus.
- High level of ownership, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English — written, verbal, and visual.
- Availability for partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
- Experience in aviation, travel-tech, eCommerce, or dynamic pricing.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
