We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong business acumen, technological orientation, and a passion for long-term growth and partnership.

What will you be doing?

• Proactive and ongoing management of B2B clients

• Leading Upsale processes and expanding engagement with existing clients

• Continuously improving customer experience and addressing evolving needs

• Collaborating with marketing, sales, service, and operations teams

• Initiating outreach to onboard new clients and organizations

• Guiding clients from initial interest through full onboarding

• Providing first-line support and training for new clients

• Driving collaboration across departments and increasing client retention and value

What are we looking for?

✔ At least 2 years of experience in B2B client management – mandatory

✔ Experience in Upsale or business expansion – strong advantage

✔ Familiarity with payment systems – advantage

✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

✔ Excellent interpersonal skills, business-oriented thinking, and a team player with self-management skills
